How these figures work

Billable hours and all leave come from Harvest.
Your billable target is your role's full-time weekly target × your FTE, counted only in the weeks you work. Approved leave lowers it: PTO, sick, family (including maternity and paternity), bereavement, jury duty and unpaid leave. Breaks, Flex Fridays and Flex Time are not working time and don't change it.
Your PTO allowance depends on your years of service and your FTE. Sick time is 72 hours a year (two 36-hour weeks) × your FTE.
A day of leave is 8 hours × your FTE. PTO you've logged in Harvest for future dates shows as booked.
From January 2027, leave balances come from Rippling.
